50,000 square feetThis targeted area of Magog, scheduled to unfold in several phases, includes the St-Patrice traffic island, the Quai traffic island I, the Quai traffic island II, and the Tourigny traffic island. Together, the latter two put more than 50,000 square feet at the disposal of ICT start-up and expansion companies.
